Your replies
Example ★★☆☆☆ Waited 50 minutes for two pizzas and nobody said sorry. The pizza itself was great though.

Thank you, and we're sorry about the 50-minute wait and that nobody told you why. Our oven broke that night. It was repaired on Tuesday, and we now have a second pizzaiolo on weekends. We're glad you liked the pizza and hope you'll give us another try.

You're right, a 50-minute wait with no apology isn't good enough. Our oven failed that evening; it has been fixed, and a second pizzaiolo now works every weekend.
Is it OK to use AI to reply to Google reviews?
Yes, if you read the reply first and it only says what's true. Google asks for replies that are polite, short and about what the reviewer actually said. A reply that sounds like every other one reads as a template, so treat a draft as a start: check each detail, and add what you really did about a complaint. For a clinic, a vet or a law office, keep it general and never confirm that the person was a patient or a client.
To get more reviews to answer, make your Google review QR code, and check the rest of your listing with the Google Business Profile optimization check. Your replies show on your Google Business Profile, and our guide on how to respond to Google reviews goes through each kind of review.
Questions about review replies.
Is the AI review response generator free?
Yes, and you don't need an account. You can write replies 5 times an hour and 20 times a day.
Does it post the reply for me?
No. It never posts anything. Copy the reply you like and paste it under the review in your Google Business Profile.
Is what I type saved?
PlacePilot does not save your review, notes or replies. Your words go to Experiential to write the replies. We keep only usage counts.
Why won't it offer a discount or ask them to change the review?
Google bans offering anything in return for a review, and the FTC's rule on reviews bans it in the US too. Asking someone to change or remove their review is out for the same reason, so the tool won't write either.
What about a clinic, a vet or a law office?
Pick that type of business and every reply stays general. In the US, health privacy rules count even confirming that someone is a patient, and a lawyer may only invite the person to talk privately, so the replies never mention a visit, a treatment or a case.
Which languages does it write in?
The review's own language, with the polite form of address, like Sie in German or usted in Spanish.
Let Pilot answer every review.
PlacePilot's assistant drafts a reply to each new Google review in your business's voice, and you approve it with one tap. Start with a free scan of your business. No card.
