Metricool pricing (2026): what a restaurant or café pays to schedule its posts

Metricool has a free plan for one brand and two paid plans priced by how many brands you manage: Starter from $20 a month on the annual plan ($25 paid monthly) and Advanced from $53 a month ($67 monthly). A single restaurant or café fits on Free until it wants more than 20 scheduled posts a month or a LinkedIn page.

Key takeaways

  • We read Metricool's US prices on its pricing page on 6 November 2026, on both the Annual and the Monthly tab.
  • The free plan covers one brand, schedules up to 20 posts a month and keeps 30 days of analytics.
  • Starter costs $20 a month on the annual plan for up to 5 brands, or $25 paid month to month.
  • Metricool counts each location as its own brand, so two cafés with two Google listings need a paid plan.
  • Posting to X needs a paid plan plus $10 a month per connected account, and VAT is added on top of the listed prices.

What does Metricool cost beyond the plan?

The posting cap on Free

The free plan schedules up to 20 posts a month for its one brand. A café that schedules a post most days will run into it within the month, and the next step up is Starter.1

One brand per location

Metricool's FAQ says each brand is one location, so every Google Business Profile needs its own brand. A restaurant with a second site is past the free plan on day one.1

X costs extra

The free plan cannot post to X or LinkedIn. On Starter and Advanced, X needs the Twitter/X add-on at $10 a month per connected account; LinkedIn is included.1

Tax on top

Metricool's listed prices leave out VAT, which it works out before you sign up.1

Team access and approvals

Letting a manager draft posts for the owner to approve needs Advanced, from $53 a month on the annual plan. Starter has no roles and no approval step.1

The writing is still yours

Metricool schedules and measures posts. The ideas, photos and captions come from you, with help from its AI assistant. Our free social post generator drafts a caption from your business details if you need a start.1

Who is Metricool for?

Metricool suits an owner or a marketer who already writes posts and wants one calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the Google Business Profile, with analytics on what worked. One café or one tour company can stay on Free for a long time if it posts a few times a week. Agencies and groups with many locations get the most from Advanced, where each venue is a brand with its own reports. Pick Metricool if

  • You write your own posts and want a free scheduler for one location.
  • You manage several venues or clients and want each one reported on separately.
